The time is now, come on let's go ::::::::>

I have been preparing and planning to change my habits ( eating habits especially ) for some time now. I am over-weight woman who isn't getting any younger ( The Big 4-0 next month )  and I have come to the realization FINALLY ! That I need to stop "preparing" and "planning " and start DOING ! ... I have yo-yo "dieted" for many years .. sometimes with great success ( 90 pounds once ) only to gain it back again... lose another 50... gain 5 back... you know how it goes ! Sooo anyway, NOW is the time.... I am pulling out all my " tools" , knowledge and support and going for it  ! No more" I will start on Monday".... No more " well I messed up last night, so heck with it ".. I found this weight lose program for free on the internet it's called LOSE IT  and it helps you keep track of your food intake, exercise ect... real easy to use and I love it ... You can also add friends that are using the program and support each other. I have my BFF and my daughter already . Come support me . The more the merrier ! I will be adding recipes that I come across that I say " OoOO this is a Have-a-gain " I am starting to cook a lot more things myself .. My BFF is showing me that cooking can be fun and doesn't have to feel like a chore  and it helps you be more accountable for each and every calorie I take in . One proved fact in all my preparing and planning is this . " You have to burn more calories than you take in" to lose weight it's just that simple.
